Newborn Sessions

I offer newborn packages that are designed to be peaceful and as stress free as possible. Whether we do a lifestyle session at your home with or without posed photos, or a full posed studio session I want to make it affordable and relaxing for new parents. Its a chance for you to have a break while I work some magic! 

If you choose a studio session, all props, blankets and wraps will be freshly washed ready for your new addition.

Package 1:Natural Newborn lifestyle session 0-3months

>This session is designed to capture natural and relaxed photos. If you want to add on posed portraits of baby please enquire. 

>This package includes an 1-1.5hr long session in the studio, at home or at sunset (location of your choice) 

> Individual Natural Portraits of your baby using heirloom knits and blankets

> Relaxed Family Portraits

> Relaxed Sibling portraits (Some sibling wardrobe available)

>Full Gallery High Res images $300

>Wardobe for mum & baby provided

>$50 travel fee applies outside of Wanganui

Posed Portraits​

>This package includes a 2-2.5hr hour long session in studio or at your home. 

>Individual portraits of your baby wrapped and posed.

>60 Digital images via online gallery for $400

>$50 travel fee outside of Wanganui

A note to Parents:

>I advise that posed newborn portrait sessions are between when baby is 5-14 days old. They are the most sleepy at this age and it is achievable to photograph sleepy curly poses. Babies any older than two weeks are often a lot harder to get into poses as they are more awake. Athough we can still do a newborn portrait session with more relaxed poses and get beautiful results. 

>Please give your baby a big feed just before you leave your house so that baby is full and sleepy by the time you arrive at the studio. 

>Bear in mind that the studio will be warm in order to keep baby warm and sleepy so don't overdress. 

>If you have any expectations on the colour scheme of props for your baby please let me know before the shoot so that we can have everything ready and available. 

>If your baby is using a dummy please bring one with you to the session as well as nappies, wipes, change of clothes and bottles/formula if you are using. 

>Sit down, relax and let me work alongside you and your baby to create some beautiful images.
